What is the moisture content of your firewood?
All Calido Logs are kiln-dried to a moisture content of below 20%, ensuring a clean, efficient burn with maximum heat output and minimal smoke.
How is the firewood delivered?
Our logs are typically delivered on pallets via a nationwide courier network. The driver will use a tail lift and pallet truck to position the crate as close to your storage area as possible on a flat, level surface.
Which type of wood is best for my stove?
Hardwoods like Oak, Ash, and Birch are ideal for wood-burning stoves. Oak burns the longest, while Birch ignites quickly and produces a beautiful flame.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all full pallet orders to most UK mainland addresses. Surcharges may apply to specific remote regions or offshore islands.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are unhappy with the quality of your logs, please contact our support team to arrange a collection and refund, provided the product remains in its original packaging.
