Nano Splasher Heater
Upgrade your wood-fired hot tub with a Nano Splasher Heater
The Nano Splasher Heater is an efficient, plug-and-play electric heater designed to give you reliable temperature control alongside your traditional heating setup.
Originally developed for above-ground pools and spas, the Nano Splasher works perfectly as a supplementary heat source for wood-fired hot tubs and helps you maintain a consistent temperature with minimal effort. It’s ideal for extending your soak, reducing reliance on firewood, or pre-heating your tub before lighting the stove.
Constructed with a titanium heating element and flow tube, the Nano Splasher offers excellent durability and resistance to corrosion, making it well-suited for hot tub use. Its advanced vortex heating technology delivers 100% efficiency over time, while reducing the risk of scale build-up for dependable long-term performance.
The unit features a simple plug-and-play design, with a built-in analogue thermostat for accurate temperature control up to approximately 40–45°C. Compact and easy to install, it integrates seamlessly into your existing setup.
When used with a Kirami tub, the Nano Splasher requires a water feed taken directly from the bathing area. If your system already includes a filter pump, the unit is typically installed inline after the filter and before the water returns to the tub.
For tubs without a filter system, a water feed can be taken either from the drain outlet or from the pipework between the tub and heater using a Middle Water Outlet Kit. Water is then circulated through the Nano Splasher using a compatible pump, such as an MF250 or CF23, and returned to the bathing area via a dedicated outlet included within a Filter Connection Kit.
Safety and reliability are central to the Nano Splasher’s design, with integrated features including a flow switch, thermal cut-out, and overheating protection. These ensure safe operation even at lower flow rates, making it suitable for a wide range of hot tub systems.
Please note that the Nano Splasher must be installed in a covered location and protected from direct exposure to weather. Installation in open outdoor conditions, such as rain or direct sunlight, will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Compact, efficient, and easy to operate, the Nano Splasher is the ideal addition to a wood-fired hot tub, bringing modern convenience and precise control to a traditional bathing experience.
