Return Process

  Ensure the logs or accessories are in their original packaging and stored in a dry, protected area to maintain quality during transit.

  Collection or Drop-off

  For bulk pallet deliveries, we will schedule a convenient curbside collection; smaller items can be sent back via our authorized courier partners.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the items are in original condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
